Home Written by a soldier at Camp Meade, Maryland, in June 1918. From the letter………Well I have been very busy this week Lieutenant Bliss has been away on pass and off all the reports. Wanted there was no end to them. On Friday all the officers were doing nothing but making clothing reports……..I think the balance of the time to be spent at Camp Meade will be very busy time. As we think we can see the time not far off, when we will all leave……..I think the largest crowd of visitors I ever seen were here today……..Was up with the club fellows to see Art he was getting things packed and sorting them. I suppose he will leave some time this week. There are quite a bunch leaving from every Regiment. With him also a lot of enlisted men......
