Support The Troops
WWI
Supporting the troops can take many forms. From a simple hand shake and a thank you, which all of us should do every chance we get, to writing a letter, or sending a package. No soldier should be forgotten. I would like to also encourage people to thank a veteran if they know one. On this page, I will list a few sites that help our troops while they are overseas, and after they return. Some of the links below may or may not be active. Please use caution when donating money to any group. Some are non-profit, and some are not. This list of links is just meant as a convenience to those who might be looking for a way to help.

For those who have given so much, and now need a little extra help to get back into the swing of things, there is the Wounded Warrior Project. They let our wounded soldiers sailors and marines know they haven't been forgotten after they return home. Their web page is at:  www.woundedwarriorproject.org

Soldiers' Angels is a site that offers multiple ways to help the troops. It is a site that is worth checking out. They are at:   www.soldiersangels.org
